RheumWorld LLC ("we", "our", "us") built Hear Me™ ("the App") as a paid application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

The App stores only partner names that you enter. This data is saved locally on your device using AsyncStorage and never leaves your device.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information beyond the locally stored names. This includes usage analytics, tracking data, location data, device identifiers, conversation content, and any other personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The only external connection the App makes is when you choose to open the Gottman Institute website link, which opens in your device's browser.

5. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device. We have no servers and no way to access your data. Deleting the App removes all stored data permanently.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with anyone. There is no data to share, as nothing leaves your device.

8. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all stored data by deleting the App.
